Program Hours
Each day, participants can expect up to 8 hours of immersive training, typically running from 9 AM to 5 PM. However, please note that session times may vary based on the specific discipline. We look forward to an engaging and productive weekend of learning!

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To maintain the quality and structure of our training programs, the following policies apply:

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training may receive a partial refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the training are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session (one-time transfer only).

No refunds or transfers will be issued for missed sessions or failure to attend.

Pre-evaluation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Kits that have been distributed or used are non-refundable.
